CareerPortal Image

Save searches for particular applicants to track their progress through the application process to make sure you have the best fit for a position. You review applicants’ resumes and core questions, you can also see interview ratings and comments. But even more importantly, you can quickly find applicants based on particular answers. Search through responses to find the best matches based on the qualities you’re looking for in an employee. Need a Spanish speaker or someone who knows .NET? Set up a query for a particular question in the application and then save your search. You’ll be alerted when an applicant meets your requirements. Another winter conference season is in the rearview mirror and we’re both relieved and sorry to see it fall back. But it’s time to look ahead. And we’re excited about what’s ahead. Plus, we wanted to take the opportunity to let y’all know how much we enjoyed all of you who stopped by our booths at TASA/TASB, TCEA and TASBO conferences. But we also want you to know that we’re here to hear you all year around. Let us know what you think. We’re listening.
